One of the most beautiful and different experience in my life is started the day when I joined Synture Group. New chapter with new people in great environment where I saw the miracles happening every day. Joining Synture Group Indore was a great decision as a fresher as it developing me in a various aspects be it terms of business, personal or other terms.

There is a vast change in my personality, the way to carry ourselves with confidence, which believes me much personality/ grooming classes couldn't do.

At last I would like to add that the life at Synture is a full package of positivity, confidence, leadership, success, and fun.

Work environment of the Synture organization is dynamic with lot of young talents working together in a flamboyant environment. I got retained because of freedom which is given to us to express our thoughts, ideas and innovativeness. The other thing because of which I retained myself in Synture Organization is due to healthy competitions among each other and other office people across India.

With the help of Synture Group, I have travelled to lot of cities for test and marketing as well as for lot of conferences, seminars, workshops and fun trips. I would like to share one of my experiences with Synture wherein I got a chance to travel to Mumbai at hotel Grand Hyatt where I met our chairman Mr. Chris Niarchos and lot of delegates from different countries.

When I joined Synture Group Indore, initially I used to get exposed to Indore office only but after 3 months, I got a chance to understand the opportunity really well when I travelled to different offices of Appco across India which are in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur.

As a crew leader I have been invited for all India crew leader's workshops held in Mumbai and for fun trip of 2 days to Lonavala at Della Adventure Resorts.

The profile of Synture organization is designed in such a way that every person who joins the company gets the equal opportunity to become a business manager. This happens because Synture works on a decentralized platform wherein the company gives you the chance to launch new ventures (cities, clients) of your choice. As I have the experience of working in other companies i can easily compare the profiles of Synture Group with other companies which works on centralized platform can't give equal opportunity at all.
